It only seems sensible to follow a set criteria when purchasing property — whether you are an owner-occupier or investor you are making a 'considered' purchase that will affect your financial future. That's why Which Property? has developed a 5 star rating system, which enables us to clearly and effectively evaluate the properties that we offer to you.
What is the 5 star rating System?
The 5 star rating system is based on the principle that certain factors of a development will affect it's potential for long-term growth. We rank all properties that we recommend so that you have a clear picture on how your investment will perform in the future. We only recommend properties that meet our strict 5 star rating system incorporating location, design and build, tenantability, return on investment and an overall ranking. We never endorse a development that has a rating of less than 3.5 stars overall.
