The Team

Colette Chester - Business Development Manager

Colette knows what it means to develop a strong and sustainable investment property portfolio. With over 30 years experience in business and a passion for real estate, she joined the Which Property team in 2001 and established the Shanghai office in 2005.

Colette is bi-lingual with fluency in English and spoken and written Arabic, and sound knowledge of conversational Mandarin. While in Shanghai, she was an active member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Shanghai as Board Director for 3 years.

In 2011 she moved back to Australia and established her role as Business Development Manager. Colette believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping achieve a client’s investment goals. In sharing her extensive knowledge of the Australian property market and basic investment fundamentals, she can help clients from all over the world gain financial independence for the long term.
