The figures suggest just that. According to a recent Mortgage Choice survey, property investment on the Gold Coast is on the minds of many potential investors. The report revealed 63 per cent of Gold Coast residents had plans to purchase within the next two years making property investment on the Gold Coast a hot investment option.
